As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I refer to myself as a, "Holistic Coach." I evaluate my clients nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that indicate health imbalances. I then provide individualized health plans, which include nutrient dense whole foods, lifestyle tips, and natural source supplements in order to bring my client’s health back to a state of equilibrium. Each client is seen as a unique, individual, and whole being. When addressing specific symptoms, every aspect of a person’s lifestyle, dietary habits, physical state, mental health, and emotional well-being is taken into account.

You can either pay in full or you can set up monthly automatic payments. All pricing is quoted in CAD and paid via PayPal.

When can we start?

When can we start?

You will be able to schedule a set weekly time once you've booked your Discovery Call, filled out the Intake Forms, and have made your first payment. Please note that one of the Intake Forms includes a week long Daily Food log, so I usually book 2 or more weeks in advance.

My key takeaways from nutrition coaching with Alex have been learning how to make small changes and tweaks and turning them into life-long habits, and figuring out a healthy eating balance that works for me and my lifestyle.
