With a new workout each class, these classes are designed to push you harder than you’d push yourself and to always keep your body guessing. Feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving my BOOTCAMP class! All levels of fitness welcome and no equipment necessary.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I evaluate my clients nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that indicate health imbalances. I then provide individualized health plans, which include nutrient dense whole foods, lifestyle tips, and natural source supplements in order to bring my client’s health back to a state of equilibrium. Each client is seen as a unique, individual, and whole being. When addressing specific symptoms, every aspect of a person’s lifestyle, dietary habits, physical state, mental health, and emotional well-being is taken into account.

You can either pay in full or you can set up monthly automatic payments. All pricing is quoted in CAD and paid via PayPal.
You will be able to schedule a set weekly time once you've booked your Discovery Call, filled out the Intake Forms, and have made your first payment. Please note that one of the Intake Forms includes a week long Daily Food log, so I usually book 2 or more weeks in advance.
